Marilyn “Maz” Schirmer is the founder of the RISE ABOVE IT charity, the prestigious Coach Training company Global Transformatrix® and Institute of Women International. Maz is as mum of 4 who she raised single handedly, a grandmother of 9 and part of a bloodline littered in trauma, abuse, suppression and oppression. and there was no way Maz was going to put up with that as long as she walked the earth. Maz has dedicated her entire life to her mission to SET 10 MILLION HEARTS FREE through her resources and training facilitators to deliver her innovative human-behavioural change programs.

Maz spent the first 30 years of her life trapped in cycles of domestic violence and sexual abuse from childhood through to becoming a single mother to her 4 children living in hiding for 400+ days. After experiencing a sudden ‘wake-up call’ at 31 years old, she unfathomably turned her life around, breaking the cycle and rose to the TOP!

She became #1 in a fortune 500 company at the time (throughout 10 countries) during the GFC, when over 1 million other women had the same chance, Maz trained 10 thousand people a year and taught leaders in 6 countries over a period of 23 years, and she still holds those records to this day!

Although Maz taught the best success strategies, she noticed that the reason the majority of people failed at business was the same reason people failed at relationships, it was all in the programs they played in their heads and the fears and insecurities of their hearts. Frustrated and curious to find a lasting solution that could work quickly and didn’t involved drawn out talk therapies or short-term fixes, Maz set out on a  journey unpacking a history of a gender, researching what was behind the “research”, exploring the psychology of psychology, the psychology of different sexes, biology, neurology, endocrinology. and all the other -ologies she could find. This led her to a hypothesis which when tested, eventuated in her becoming a respected expert not just in leadership for women AND now men, but innovating personal growth tools and cutting-edge modalities which allow people to overcome their deepest blocks fast and for good!

Maz believes she brings not just hope to the disempowered mental and emotional health industries and sufferers, but real solutions that work, and she has changed thousands of lives to prove that anyone can turn their life around, breaking family patterns and become role models to the rest of society.

Marilyn Schirmer went on to receiving global awards in New York, earning 3 awards including 3rd most innovative female entrepreneur created company in 2017 and many other awards because of her incredibly ability to create breakthrough tools that could remove the deepest mind blocks that’s every existed.
