Returns Policy for Products
All purchases are final (unless items are faulty). We do not accept returns for change of mind. A full refund will be issued for faulty items and shipping reimbursed once we receive the faulty item.
Before returning any items please contact us to discuss your reason for requiring a return and to organise a written approval to return an item to us.
Please understand the following terms of business:
- If you received a faulty or damaged item, or an incorrect order, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.
- If the item you received is not what you ordered or is faulty, we require notification within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.
- Rise Above It is NOT obligated to offer a store credit for products that are returned damaged to us or that never arrive. Our address for returns is PO Box 211, Buderim, QLD, 4556, Australia. To qualify for a refund the item must return to us in the condition as described in the written approval to return an item.
Refund Policy for Donations
Donations are non-refundable and 100% tax deductible. However, if you made an error in the amount for your donation, please contact us within 24 hours of making your donation and we will be happy to discuss a refund of the excess amount. If you believe a donation transaction was made by someone other than yourself, you must contact your bank for a resolution.
